Who is Julianna?
JULIANNA (Julia Knaß & Anna Neuwirth), based in Graz,
Bad Vöslau and Berlin, write about cracks, jellyfish, daddies and mostly together. They are on the editorial team of the
literary magazine mischen. Publications in magazines (including Archipel, Bella Triste, perspektive and Hot Topic). 2021 published by SUKULTUR Ist das 1 Literatur, 2024 DADDY. Participation in a workshop form the Literary Colloquium Berlin 2023. When not writing, they send nudes.
How it all began...
Once upon a time there was a Julia and an Anna. Both lived more on the Internet than in reality. That's where they met in a chat and fell in love with each other
and their joint writing. Because Julia & Anna and Anna
and Julia were so often confused with each other, they decided to
become the character Julianna. <3
What defines Julianna is their habitat, the Internet.
Julianna wishes she were an avatar and is often
unsure where the so-called digital space ends and them begins. Julianna's writing also belongs to the Internet.
